I called it the Green Stuff when I was a kid cause I couldn't say pistachio. This one of my favorite desserts from my mom.

8 ozcan of Crushed pineapple
1 packagesPistachio instant pudding
24 ozcontainer Cottage cheese
8 ozcontainer Cool Whip thawed in fridge

Drain can of crushed pineapple and put in large mixing bowl.

Add pistachio instant pudding. Mix well with spoon.

Add cottage cheese. Mix well with spoon.

Add cool whip. Mix well with spoon.

Cover and chill in refridgerator for 2-4 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
