  • 250 gramscream cheese (Philadelphia type)
  • 200 gramsgood Feta cheese
  • 20 gramsfinely torn basil leaves
  • 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 60 mlolive oil
  • 10large queen or 15 kalamata olives,pitted and chopped
  • 1good pinch fresh cracked pepper

    Mash the two cheeses and olive oil together,consistency of your choice
