Boil the potato and the fava beans.

Dry out the drained potatoes in the pan, and mash them up as as you would with potatoes for potato salad.

Peel the skins off the fava beans. Add them with the sakura shrimp, pepper, and mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Form into balls. Leave until they have cooled down completely. Coat with flour, beaten egg and panko, and deep fry.
