1/2 eachJapanese cucumber
pasta
150 gramspasta
1 pinchsalt
caramelized onions
1 pinchsalt
1 largechopped onion
1 pinchground black pepper
1 tbspbutter

Boil pasta in salted water

Dice cucumber into bite size
3

Heat pan and place butter, coat pan with butter
4

Add onions, and salt and pepper
5

Saute onions until golden brown and sweet, roughly 10 minutes
6

Drain pasta
7

Add in Yoghurt, onions and cucumber. Mix well
