Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupsflour (about 315 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonyeast
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater (about 120 ml)
  • 1/2 cupwarm milk (about 120 ml)
  • Filling:
  • 2.2 poundsground beef (about 1 kilogram)
  • 1large onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonmixed spice
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil (about 60 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dough ingredients together and cover. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Fill the dough as you like. I made Lahm bi Ajeen.

  3. 3

    Mix the filling ingredients, stuff the dough, and bake in the oven until cooked through. Enjoy!
