Ingredients

To Be Blended Into A Paste
1onion, chopped
2tomatoes, roughly chopped
1of ginger (adrak) and garlic (lehsun)
1of each clove, cinnamon andcardamom
Other Ingredients
1 tspoil
1 tspchilli powder
10-15mushrooms (khumbh)
to tasteSalt
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing paneer

Steps

Heat the oil, add the paste and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes.

Add the salt and chilli powder, mushrooms and 1 cup of water, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with coriander and paneer.
