Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonsleftover spinach
  • 4 rashersbacon, chopped
  • to tasteSalt & pepper
  • to tasteGrated cheese
  • Coconut oil to fry the eggs
  • 2 teaspoonsfresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs and add fresh cream, salt & pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat your coconut in your pan once hot pour in the egg mixture.

  3. 3

    Once the eggs are nicely done, add spinach, bacon & cheese on the half side. Then fold the other half side as u can see in the picture.
