Ingredients

  1. 2Potato : Big boiled & mashed
  2. 1/2 cupCarrot : Grated
  3. 1/4 cupFrench Beans :chopped
  4. 1/4 cupOnion : Chopped
  5. 2Green Chilli : Chopped
  6. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves : Chopped
  7. 1/2 TspRed Chilli Powder :
  8. 1/4 TspGeram Masala Powder :
  9. Salt : As per taste
  10. 1/4 TspAmchur Powder :
  11. 2 TspOil :

Steps

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except oil.

  2. 2

    Make kababs of any shapes as per your choice form this mixture.

  3. 3

    Now heat tawa and sprinkle some oil, put kababs on it and shallow fry them from both the sides till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with sauce, tea or coffee.
