Steps

Take a vessel half filled with water. Boil the water and add onions (cut into 4 pieces), tomatoes (whole), green chilli, ginger and garlic and boil it for 4-5 minutes.

Cool it, drain water and blend it to a smooth paste. Soak cashew nuts in water for 2 hours and blend it to a fine paste

Cut paneer into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add the onion tomato paste,sugar and cook stirring till oil gets separated from it.

Add all the spices and salt, saute, add cashewnut paste and cook till the oil gets seperated. Add cream and cook for 2 minutes. Dissolve the cornflour in milk and add it to the gravy and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes stirring.

Add the paneer and cook for 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream and serve hot.
