Ingredients

  • 2potato
  • 1 cuppaneer (cube)
  • 1 cupbottle gourd (lauki cube)
  • 5tomato (finally chopped)
  • 2green chilli (finally chopped)
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • as neededCoriander leaves (finaly chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add some oil and add tomato and green chilli, saute it.

  2. 2

    Add salt, red chilli powder and mix it.

  3. 3

    Add the potato, lauki, and cook it for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add 2 cup water and close the pressure cooker and 4 whistle.

  5. 5

    When pressure cooker leaves the steem then add the paneer.

  6. 6

    Garnish with the some coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Now ready to eat.
