Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupSteel cut oats such as Bob Mills Gluten Free Oats do not use instant oatmeal
  2. 1/3 cupAlmond milk, unsweetened or I prefer the dark chocolate
  3. 1 packagesChobani Cherry Greek Yogurt, plain or vanilla can also be used
  4. 1/2 cupFrozen unsweetened cherries
  5. 1/3 cupChia seeds optional
  6. 1 tbspHoney if using unsweetened yogurt and almond milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a jar or cup with a lid, start by putting oats and chia seeds in the bottom of the cup.

    Then add in almond milk.

  3. 3

    Next stir yogurt add in honey if plain yogurt and put into jar.

  4. 4

    Finally, top with frozen cherries. Put jar in the fridge overnight. Viola, grab and go breakfast.
