1/2+ double active yeast
1 1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 1/2 cupsLukewarm water

Dry components stirred in large bowl

Add water and stir just until combined

Cover with plastic

Let rise 8 to 20 hours

Got into a ball and cover in bowl let rise 1 hour

Heat Dutch oven in oven at 400 for 30 minutes to finish with the rise

Add salt or toppings of your choice. Bake 30 minutes covered in Dutch oven in Regular oven.

Remove lid and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from. Oven and enjoy.
