Add the egg mixture in the pan and depending on the heat,.rotate until egg turn brown on both sides

Put egg in a plate

In a clean sufuria add little oil and steam both cut cabbage, carrot, tomato, onion for just 3 minutes

Finally pill the potato and boil in a suguria with a cup of salty water until soft

Serve the fried egg, salad and potato. This dish ca be taken with a cup of tea
