24 servings
  • 3 lbbeef hotdogs, or your favorite type
  • 1 lbcoleslaw see attached recipe I added quarter cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cupshredded carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the hotdogs lengthwise, but not all the way thru.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the hotdogs till crispy

    Add hotdogs to a plate top with coleslaw. To my coleslaw recipe I added quarter cup of shredded carrots.
