  1. 25hulled and sliced strawberries
  2. 1 1/2 tbspsifted white sugar
  3. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  4. 2 tbsplimoncello or liqueur of your choice

    Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate for an hour.
