25hulled and sliced strawberries
1 1/2 tbspsifted white sugar
1/2 cupmint leaves
2 tbsplimoncello or liqueur of your choice

Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate for an hour.

Note: We can use as a topping on frozen yogurt, light ice cream, or angel food cake for a light dessert.
