Vickys Dairy-Free Dulce du Leche, GF DF EF SF NF

Coconut milk makes for a great substitute for dairy in this as it's thick & creamy. There is a slight hint of coconut in the finished sauce, not overpowering at all, just adds another dimension

If you can't use my cashew cream cheese, hopefully you can use this one instead. It's great for sauces, sandwiches and crackers. It sets at room temp but depending on how much vinegar / agar you add you can change the level of set for a slicing consistency or a spreadable cheese Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
