Steps

Rinse broccolini and remove any flat leaves from stems.

Remove about the last one inch from the ends of the stems and discard.

Salt a pot of water to taste, and add broccolini to boiling water until al dente.

While the broccolini boils, add butter, garlic, and pepper to skillet.
- 5
Add broccolini to skillet, drizzle lemon, and saute for 2 minutes.
- 6
Salt to taste, if desired.
