Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in pan. Add sausage. Saute on medium heat until cooked throughout. Add onions halfway through cooking.

Add broccoli. Add garlic. Saute until garlic is fragrant. Add balsamic. Toss.

Add half of cheese. Toss. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.

Garnish with remaining cheese.

Variations; Cheddar, gruyere, beer, parsley, basil, bell peppers, mustard, paprika
