Steps

Peel lauki and dice it.boil for two whistles

Cool the cooker.

Squeeze out all water with help of hands.keep aside

Heat oil in a pan. Add Rye and hing and whole red chilli. When done add onions and green chillies

When onions turn brown add lauki and salt. Mix properly and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Add the lauki into whisked curd and mix well. Adjust seasoning and add water if you wish to.
