Ingredients

  • 2 cupcooked navy beans
  • 2pie crusts
  • 1 canevaporated milk
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 2eggs
  • 2egg yolks
  • 2 tbspunbleached flour
  • 2 tspground nutmeg
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspground cloves
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cupgranulated sugar

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat Oven to 450

  2. 2

    Blend all ingredients together

  3. 3

    Pour into the 2 pie crusts

  4. 4

    Bake for 10 minutes and then decrease temperature to 350 and bake for 25 minutes until tooth pick out clean

  5. 5

    Cool and refrigerate

  6. 6

    Can be enjoyed cold or warm.
