First fry green peas and capsicum separate with 1 tbsp of oil and salt. Cook it till peas are full cook and capsicum become soft.

Now grind green peas. Mash potato. Add those green peas in it. Add all ingredients in it. Except corn flour and capsicum
- 3
Mix mixture of potato and make small balls of it. Gently flat it and coat it with cornflour. Press half cashew on itand shallow fry it.

Serve it with fried capsicum and some more green peas.

If mixture become too soft add 1 bread slice in it.
