I learnt cooking bhajia from this platform. I used one recipe that seemed easy and resources available.
Steps

Peel the potatoes and chop to slices.

Mix the flour with tumeric and salt to form a paste.
- 3
Marinade the potatoes in the paste for 15 mins.
- 4
As you marinade heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the potatoes slices one by one.
- 5
Let them fry till a little bit crunchy on both sides
- 6
Deep fry all the potatoes and put them in a bowl with serviettes.
- 7
Serve.
