  • 1/4 kgsteak
  • Salt
  • 3 tbspoil
  • Black pepper for seasoning

30 mins.
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a heavy pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Season beef the way you like. (with black pepper and chill powder)Place beef in preheated pan and water or cover.

  3. 3

    Pan fry for afew minutes. Season beef with salt if desired.
