Red Beans With Ham Hocks Instant Pot IP Red Beans With Ham Hocks Instant Pot IP
A one pound bag of dried beans is too much for just the two of us so I break them in half and make two different things out of them. The first go-round which was the first time I tried making dried beans in my instant pot, was red beans and rice. Don't look, you won't find it here because even though it tasted exceptionally good there were quite a few fails during the process. So I modified the recipe and here is the new one, but we're eating this with bread instead of rice because my wife wanted to, so it has a thinner broth. So give this a try and I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it. If you use a different type of bean, most likely you will need to adjust the cooking time. These small red beans take a lot longer to cook then some other types of dried beans. Fo Fa
