Puri: Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except for oil to fry and make a dough, cover and keep aside for 5 to 10 min

Now take dough and make small ball's and roll small puri and deep fry them

Add water and sugar and stir continue

Add dry fruits and stir till it leaves ghee and leaves side of pan and done

Channa. In cooker keep channa to boil till whistle of 4

Now in pan add oil add zeera and add boiled channa saute 2 min

Add dry masala, cover and cook till it leaves oil and done
