Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1-2 lb block of Velveeta cheese
  2. 1 canevaporated milk (12 oz)
  3. 2 canchopped green chilies (7 oz each)
  4. 1 cancream of celery soup (10 3/4 oz)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Into a crockpot, (or over a stove) cube the block of Velveeta cheese.

    Add chilies, milk and celery soup.

    Mix well and place crockpot on high stirring occasionally.

    Once Velveeta cheese is fully melted and combined well, put crockpot on low or keep warm.

  5. 5

    Serve with chips or as an addition to another side dish.

I cook a lot with fresh vegetables and fruits but my first love is fresh herbs! I garden a lot and love to cook what I grow.
