Ingredients

  • 3large potatoes
  • 300 mlwater
  • 150 mloil for frying
  • 1/2ts salt
  • 1ts turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes,chop them in stripes and boil in a pan for ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the water Then heat the oil.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the turmeric on the potatoes and place in oil when hot.

  4. 4

    Fry till ready then serve with tomato sauce.
