Grind chana dal coarsely..add all ingredients...and grind for only a little crush...mixture should not be like a paste...it should be coarsely

Now take a microwave proof bowl...pour mixture in it...do micro on high level for 3 to 5 MINUTES

Check by toothpik..if it comes clean it is ready to fry

Now cut pieces..as u desired shape

Now take a tawa....drizzle oil on ot...cook all sides..till brown...

Serve with sauce....generally it is totally deep feied....bt i cooked it healthy...by steaming and shallow fry
