Steps

Heat olive oil in a pan then add diced onion. Fry for about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage and green beans and continue frying for about 3 minutes.

Add garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper and fry for a further minute.

Add all peppers carrots and cook until peppers are tender.

Add red kidney, baked and butter beans and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with plain yogurt just to cool off the chili
