Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer gratted
  2. 2green chillies chopped
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  5. 2 tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspdry mango (amchur)
  7. 1/2spnGreen coriander chopped
  8. 2 cupsmaida
  9. 2 tbspcornflour
  10. 1 tspyeast
  11. 1 cupwarm water
  12. 2 tspsugar
  13. 1/2spn roasted cumin seeds
  14. 2 cupcurd
  15. 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the yeast and sugar in water and keep a side for 10 minutes. Mix the curd in 2 cups of water and make it little bit wayery to kneed the dough combine all the ingredients off stuffing and keep a side

    Take a bowl add maida cornflour yeast mixture roasted cumin seeds salt and ghee

  3. 3

    Mix well kneed the dough combine all ingredients off the ingredients of the stuffing and keep a side cover the bowl with the Muslin clothes and keep a side for 20 mints

  4. 4

    After 20 mints u will abserve the dough is raised in the volume. Dived the dough into the small equal sized balls

  5. 5

    Place a tsp off paneer mixture the centre fold in the centre fouled and seal from all sides roll out into a thick roti, give a trangularshape

  6. 6

    Heat sufficients oil in a pan and deep fry these naan's one by one on medium high flame.

  7. 7

    Fry until golden brown from both sides. Take out paneer naan on absorbent paper,apply little bit of butter and serve with any gravy dish
