Steps

Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.The asparagus into short pieces.Slice also the chicken the same way.

Fry the onions till golden brown.Add the baby marrow and tomato.

Add the chicken, when almost cooked add a little of the soy sauce and salt until the color of food changes to brown.

Add the peppers, asparagus,bean sprouts, carrots.For about two minutes.

Can be served with pasta,rice or ugali.
