1garlic clove
2tomatoes
1salt (good amount)
3 tspsalsa for flavor
1 lbbeans rinsed and presoaked
1 lbBacon
1 1/4 cupdiced red onion
1 dashchili powder
1 dashground black pepper

Steps

1

Bring Beans back to a boil and add bacon
2

Cook until bacon is extremely tender
3

Dice up bacon and return to beans
4

Dice up onion and peel and dice tomatoes- add to beans
5

Continue cooking for not more than 2 hours
