Roast beef+ provolone+horseradish= yum!!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbroast beef lunch meat. I prefer a good quality one
  2. 1/2 lbprovolone cheese
  3. 32slices of french bread
  4. 8 ozcream cheese
  5. 1/2 cupsour cream
  6. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 2 tbspprepared horseradish(or more to taste)
  8. 1 tbspfresh chives, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, chives and horseradish. (I usually let that chill for an hr or two)

  2. 2

    Plate French bread slices and spread some cream cheese and horseradish mixture on each slice.

    Top with roast beef and cheese. Garnish to pretty them up a bit. Voila!! Enjoy!!
