Ingredients

1 hour

1 cupCrushed Candy Canes
2 lbWhite Chocolate
1Peppermint Extract, Optional
1Parchment or Wax Paper

Place candy canes in a plastic bag & hammer into 1/4-inch chunks or smaller.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Combine candy canes chunks with chocolate (add peppermint extract at this point if desired. Add desired amount to taste.)

Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet layered with parchment or Wax paper & place in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until firm.

Remove from cookie sheet & break into pieces. Enjoy!
