Ingredients

1 hour
2 servings
  • A fewfish fillets
  • Few cut cabbages
  • to tasteSalt
  • Deep frying oil
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2onion
  • 1lemon cut to halves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a frying pan then dip in the fish fillet that has been already sprinkled with salt.

  2. 2

    Fry till golden brown on both sides. Do the same for all the fish fillets.

  3. 3

    Add oil in a cooking pot the add little cooking oil

  4. 4

    Add the onions the tomatoes then cabbages.

  5. 5

    Add little salt and steam for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve your meal with Ugali.

  7. 7

    Serve with lemon to remove the smell of fish
