Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add boiled potatoes and stir

Let it cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat

Add boiled, Maize and beans to the mixture and smash it up

When all the potatoes, Maize and beans are well mixed up serve while hot with stewed meat
