1 kgrice
2 litreswater
2 tbspoil
3/4 tspsalt
5large carrots

Steps

Put in cooking oil in sufuria and heat. Add the diced carrots and stir until it is cooked. Add salt and stir.

Add rice and continue stirring for one minute..

Pour 2 litres of water to the sufuria cover and cook for 30 mi minutes
