Ingredients

  • 2 kgBeef stew
  • 250 mlinkomazi
  • 5garlic clove crushed
  • 1small piece of ginger crushed
  • 1chopped onion
  • 3whole robot peppers chopped
  • 1beef stock
  • 2 tspbarbecue spice
  • 2 tspsteak & chops spice
  • 1 tspChicken Portuguese spice
  • 3 tspBrown onion soup mixed
  • 3 tsphearty beef soup
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinated with inkomazi for an hour and cook it for an hour.

  2. 2

    Add oil Olive

  3. 3

    Add onion, all peppers for 2 min to fry

  4. 4

    Add garlic and ginger mix well with meat from a minute

  5. 5

    Add beef stock and spices for a minute

  6. 6

    Mix your soup together with a bit of water and add them into the meat for 2 min

Your steps on how to make the beef aren’t clear from how you start to adding all the ingredients just doesn’t make sense I want to try the amasi stew
