1 cupdry red wine
3 tbspEVOO
2 cloveminced garlic
2 eachbay leaves
1 tspthyme
1 pinchsalt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.

Add steaks to dish. Marinade 1-2 hrs, turning the steaks over several times.

Discard marinade after grilling steaks.
