My dad likes to go fishing for lobster once in a while with his friends.
I like this dish from many restaurants. So naturally, I wanted to create it myself so I could save $60-$100 by making it instead of buying it at a sit-down.

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 4 mediumlobsters
  2. 1/2 stickbutter
  3. 5 cloveminced garlic
  4. 1 tspchili flakes
  5. 1/2 cupchopped parsley
  6. 1/2 cupchopped cilantro
  7. 1/2 cupchopped green onion
  8. 10 stickthyme
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1 pinchground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place lobsters into steamer for ten to fifteen minutes

  2. 2

    Cut lobsters into quarters and "de-vein" if possible

  3. 3

    Over high heat, melt half a stick of butter in wok and add lobster quarters

  4. 4

    Add minced garlic and chili flakes (adjust amount to personal taste)

  5. 5

    Cook over high heat for two to three minutes while mixing well

  6. 6

    Add chopped cilantro, parsley, green onion, and thyme

  7. 7

    Add salt and ground black pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Serve with white rice and steamed bok choy
