This is a simple recipe for chicken breasts tasty and easy. You can use almost any spices to flavor it as much or as little as you like. Or, marinade it in the spices for a more intense flavor. Delish!

This chicken is made easy and its tasty the sauce is a option but it does help keep the chicken moist and makes for a good leftover starter

The food of month

my 5 lb. bird wasn't done within the given time so I dropped the temp to 350 and cooked it another 10 minutes with a foil tent over the breast. :-)

The sauce itself is quite oily, reduce amount of oil if your prefer. This is great over plain rice. Flavours aren't over powering but they all blend in together. Turned out really nice.

I'm a college student who loves to cook on a budget. I like to try new things & this is one of them. I don't use measurements usually just do what I believe is enough. That's how I was taught to cook. A little bit of this & a little bit of that :)

Wondering what to do with the rest of chick peas, after making the pate, I deside to prepare the main course. It was late in the evening and I put the dish in the oven on low temperature. I was very ecxited at the morning when the lunch was ready! Actually the preparation time was 15 minutes to chop the vegetables, you just cook while sleeping😊

play with vegetables ,you can use cauliflower too.do not overcook them though ..

Paired with fried crispy potatoes and roasted garlic & parmesan cauliflower. Delicious! For a variation of this dish, turkey breast or pork fillets are great. They need longer cooking times. The white parts of spring onions can replace the shallots, and the chopped green parts can be used instead of parsley! Yummy!
