Chicken & Sausage Pizza with Cheese Crust

Add sugar and yeast to a cup and add a a cup of warm water. Leave for atleast 10 mins until cloudy to activate the yeast.

Mix dry ingredients together, make a well and add pour wet ingredients. Fold and knead your dough well for 10 - 15 mins.

Drizzle olive oil to cover the dough. Cover mixing bowl or container with a plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 - 2 hrs.

Drizzle some olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic. After some time add your crushed tomatoes cook until water evaporates.

Add ketchup or tomato sauce and water. Season with salt pepper and fresh or dry basil and oregano. Then let cook until water reduces and sauce thickens. (Optional: finish with grated parmesan cheese) Let cool and preheat oven to hottest temperature of your oven. 450°F and above

When pizza dough is ready roll it our on a pizza pan. Extend dough to bigher

Cut mozarella cheese into sticks and arrange the sticks around your pan. Fold dough to cover the sticks and press on the pan to stick.

Spread tomato sauce evenly on the dough and top with shredded mozarella cheese. Add remaining remaining toppings. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and until golden brown. Cut as desired to serve.
