  • 1 boxWhite Cake Mix
  • 15 ozCanned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 packagesNestles Morsels
  • Paper Cupcake Holders
  • Muffin Pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ALL ingredients in bowl. Do not use a blender!

  2. 2

    Place cupcake holders in muffin pan.

  3. 3

    Spoon in enough to almost fill. Do not be precise.

  4. 4

    Place in preheated oven @ 350°

  5. 5

    Set for 15 minutes and check. You want the tops at the point of browning. Gives them a little crunch.

  6. 6

    Lastly, eat one before everyone else. These never last!

The 'kan kook' is from a chef I used to watch on PBS. Wan Can Cook. Dad taught me to cook at a young age. I think I was about 10, the fist thing I cooked was scrambled eggs.I love cooking Asian style food and weld a set of chop sticks better than my wife. (Phillipino)Thanks for stopping by.
