Serves 1 serving
  • 1 tablespoonGenovese pesto
  • 1 teaspoonnon-dairy cream
  • 6cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 1/2 ounceswhole wheat pasta (70 grams)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

  2. 2

    In a skillet, mix the pesto (I used homemade pesto from a friend) with the non-dairy cream. Slice the cherry tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Heat everything together over medium heat. Adjust salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet, then serve.
