Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupoatmeal
  2. 1/4 cuplowfat milk
  3. 1 cupcherry yoghurt
  4. 7almonds
  5. 1/8 cupmixed pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and golden raisins
  6. 5chunks of pineapple
  7. 1 tbsmini chocolatechips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the oatmeal, pour in milk, yoghurt, almond, seeds and raisins, arrange the pineapple chunks and sprinkle with mini chocolatechips.

    Let it sit inside your fridge overnight, or at least half a day, then enjoy! 😁😁😁
