Steps

Cut and wash the fish..spice with curry,thyme,maggi and chicken spice.

Set in an oven tray and grill for 30minutes with low heat.

Blend tomatoes,tatasi and pepper.rpepper.remove the seeds in tatasi before blending.

Heat up pot,add vegetable oil.onces is hot add sliced onion.

Blend ginger,garlic with little amount of water.blend till puree.

Pour in the tomatoes paste and fry.fry for at least 10minutes.

Add water enough for the stew.boil for 5minutes.

Pour in the blended ginger and garlic.add salt and boil for 5minutes.stir to avoid the ingredients from settling under.

Add the chicken spice and curry and boil.by now the grilled fish is ok.add to the stew.

Boil for 2minutes and is ready to be enjoyed.
