Firstly melinate the chaap with our curd.

Take our curd in a bowl put some black peper,salt,and smoke of cloves and bay leaf.red chilie powder garam masala according to your taste.now ready our melination

Put all chaap in it.and rest for 15-20 minutes

Grill your chaap in your OTG.if u dont have OTG than u can do it also on your tawa

Prepare your greavy

Heat the oil in a pan.put 3-4cloves,bay leaf daalchini.moti elaichi in a pan. Just rost for few second to crackle it.now put our ginger garlic paste and rost it.put onion paste.and rost it well.when the all things in nice golden colour.put our tomato puree in it.And also add your all spices...remember spices according to your taste.when the greavy leaves oil we put our chaap in it.and also add our malai and kaaju paste.our malai chaap is ready to serve
