Ingredients

  1. 1 lb(16 ounces) Ground Turkey
  2. 12 ozChorizo
  3. 4 tbspSalted Butter
  4. 1White Onion (Chopped)
  5. 1Spoonful Minced/ Roasted Garlic
  6. 2 can(30 Ounces) Pinto Beans
  7. 1 can(15 Ounces) Kidney Beans
  8. 2 can(20 Ounces) Rotel (1 Hot/ 1 Mild)
  9. 1 cupChicken Stock
  10. 12 ozIPA Beer
  11. 3 tbspChili Powder
  12. 2 tspCayenne Pepper
  13. 2 tspCoriander
  14. 2 tspGround Cumin
  15. 2 tspGarlic Powder
  16. 2 tspOregano
  17. 2 tspSalt
  18. 2 tspGround Black Pepper
  19. 1Bay Leaf

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Melt the butter over low heat in a 7 ounce Dutch Oven. Add onions and slowly cook until translucent

  2. 2

    Add garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

  3. 3

    Brown the meat in a seperate pan. After brown, set aside and cook the Chorizo. When chorizo is browned, add all the meat to the Dutch Oven

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    The longer the better! Cook for a minimum of 4-6 Hours. ENJOY!
