  2. 1 1/2 cuptomato sauce / katchup
  3. 1 1/2 cupbbq sauce of choice
  4. 1 1/4 cupmaple syrup
  5. 1 1/4 tbspcayenne pepper
  6. 1 1/3 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 1/4 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 1/2 cupchopped spring onion 4 garnish

    Mix all ingredients together and marinate ribs over night. Preheat over to 220° and bake for 45 minutes..
