Ek tarka pen ko gas par garamkar 2 tablespoon oil dal kar garam kar rai chatkay or red chilli powder dale hing dal kar tarka tayar kar suji ke batter mein mix kar le

Now ek pan ko gas par garamkar oil dale or suji ke batter ko ek bowl thora nikal kar ino mix kar garampan spread kar lid se dhakh kar cook karo 5 minutes baad palt kar cook karo redish colour ho jay to ek plate mein plateing karein cut kar green chatni and tomato sauce ke sath sarve karein
